There’s a concrete woman below the windowsill
And a concrete woman in the doorway as well
Won’t easily budge
Takes too long for the heat to crack them down
Embraces are cold
And jabbingly break ribs
Kisses cut lips
Without their meaning to
A soulless inanimate object
An obstacle I can’t overcome
Making me a victim of fear as well

Another two year old poem. I'll get to more recent stuff sometime I swear.
This poem is just supposed to be visuals, with sensual and some emotional background. Mostly just playing around with poetic techniques.

great image, is it literal or figurative. ie a statue, or an actual woman

--
Burning, brightly across the sky
Tears of the heavens raining down upon us
But a moment of joy
For hours of longing

It's poetry. interpret it however you wish!
